If you are not satisfied with the devices you received, please deliver the bought devices back to us within 7 days starting your receiving our devices.
1. Please contact the customer service on our website to explain the reason why you return the devices.
2. please pack the returned devices in the original packaging according to the instructions.
3.please deliver returned devices in the original packages.
4.Refund will be issued within 5 working days after receiving the returned devices.


The conditions for exchanging different types of devices
1. You have 7 days to decide whether a certain device is suitable for you. If you want to return or exchange the product, please contact us within 7 days after delivery.
2. The app account supports no refund.
3. If returned devices which are worn, damaged or altered in any way ,they will be not refunded.
4. The cost of returning devices will be charged by customers.
5. Products sold out through our website can be returned.
